Gerhard boasts a diverse client base, which includes developers, bankers, insurance, and investment advisors, as well as commercial and corporate clients. This diverse exposure has equipped him with a broad perspective and an ability to tailor his services to meet the specific needs of each client.
Admitted as an attorney in 2015, Donny manages our litigation department and is also a qualified conveyancer, bringing expertise in both areas to our firm. Donny's dedication and expertise have earned him the position of Director within our firm, highlighting his leadership skills and significant contributions to our growth and success. His proactive and meticulous approach to legal matters, combined with strong communication skills, ensures effective representation of our clients' interests.
Sibusiso is an admitted attorney who joined the firm in 2019 after spending 14 years in the financial services industry, where he developed a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and client advisory. His expertise, work ethic, and loyalty have made him an indispensable member of our team. Admitted as an attorney in 1999, Lani Lourens brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to Gerhard Lourens Inc. After gaining valuable legal experience, she transitioned to the banking sector in 2005, where she worked as a Private Banker at Investec Bank and later at FNB Private Clients. Now, Lani helps co-manage the office as the Public Relations Officer and Financial Manager.
Adél, obtained her Bcom, LLB and LLM degrees (cum laude) from the North West University (Potchefstroom) and was admitted as Attorney and Conveyancer in 2012 and as Notary in 2013. Adél, specialises in conveyancing work, and for her quality of service, a strong work ethic and her reputation is what matters most and that is why she enjoys working with clients on a personal level and why she sets such high standards for herself when it comes to the service she provides.
Is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from North-West University and is currently pursuing her Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking Law. Kamogelo is a distinguished member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Her legal foundation has been shaped by both academic excellence and practical experience, including her mentorship through the International Association of Women Judges and her role as a writing consultant at her alma mater. She is driven by a commitment to integrity, growth, and meaningful contribution to the legal profession.

With 15 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our firm. Her extensive experience in bond registrations includes playing a pivotal role in establishing the Standard Bank bonds department at her previous firm, which ranked number one in Mpumalanga and among the top 50 nationally. Proficient in E4, LexisConvey, and Ghost Practice, Michelle enhances efficiency and effectiveness in delivering exceptional conveyancing services.
Zelna holds a Senior Paralegal Diploma from the South African School of Paralegal Studies, with distinguished performance in subjects like Civil Litigation, Debt Collecting, Wills & Estates, Criminal Law, Business Law, and Conveyancing and Property Law. Zelna is a highly skilled and qualified paralegal with 33 years of experience.
